Ordering When you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the picture or product description (blue text) to see a full-sized image of that item, details including country of origin and an order button. Click the "order" button to add that item to your shopping cart. Mail your order and payment to: OE VeeDub Inc. Shipping (US) Shipping may be less than what is indicated at checkout! There are certain orders, particularly with multiple over-sized sheet-metal items, where our web site will calculate the shipping cost based on each item being shipped individually... and the cost may seem high. However, when we see an order such as this (a set of 4 floor pans, for example), we will attempt to box multiple items together and then revise the charge amount to reflect the actual shipping charges (often considerably-less than our web site indicates). We ship from Lake George, Colorado via several UPS delivery methods (our shopping cart will allow you to choose, when applicable). Most orders are processed the next business day and shipped within 24-48 hours. If you require a shipping method not included in our web site, please email or call us during regular business hours (view contact info). Back Orders: We make every effort to stock the products listed on our web site, but on occasion an item will not be in stock at the time of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order within 5 business days, we will contact you via email or telephone and give you the option of back-ordering that item(s) or cancelling your order. Return Policy: No merchandise will be accepted for return more than 30 days after receipt. Returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A 20% handling charge is made on all returns, unless the merchandise is defective or shipped in our error. No returns on electrical items or special orders. Privacy Be assured, the collected information is stored in an encrypted database and kept strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and want you as our customer!
